To enable you to pass some accurate judgement on your performance during 2009, the following is some statistics narrowed into the different handicap categories. The statistics are based on all qualifying competitions from March to the end of October 2009.
In the club, we have players in four of the five categories.
Category 2-Handicaps from 6-12 ? Average score was 85 strokes per round.
Category 3-Handicaps from 13-20- Average score was 92 strokes per round
Category 4-Handicpas from 21-28- Average score was 102 strokes per round
Category 5-Handicaps from 29-36- Average score was 111 strokes per round

In all categories, holes 8 & 10 were the two toughest holes. There are index 1 & 2.

There are no dramatic differences in which holes where the hardest. Hole 11 is the easiest for Cat 2 but jumps to 9th hardest for Cat 5.

Each Category had a different easiest hole.
