As we now head towards the winter season, the following is some information on those who either played good golf or for once luck was with with them.
During all singles qualifying competitions this year the course have given up 6 eagles and 400 birdies. 5 eagles were men. Only Kevin Canavan got 2 eagles with Declan McCallion, Kevin Phipps & Dave Garland having one each.
Also during the international pairs. Kevin C has driven the 17th green when Dave Garland chipped in for a 2 and then Kevin holed his 20 foot putt for a 2.
The single eagle from the ladies came from the clubs of Mary Caden with a 2 at the 6th hole on May 12th.
The 1st hole only gave up 1 birdie in the entire year. The honour goes to Martin Kennedy for his birdie on June 16th.

For a single round, Donal Craig had 5 birdies on the 13th Oct including a hat trick at the 11th, 12th & 13th holes. Kevin Canavan had 4 birdies twice on the 19th April & the 23rd August. Another hat rick went to Ger O'Neill with three 2's winning the October Medal.

Jacinta Kiernan 11 in 21 competitions
Mary Hand 11 in 22
Muriel Lowry 9 in 12.

Muriel also had a hat trick on the 16th June.
