Christy O Connor Trophy
To honour our Club Presidents induction to the World Golf Hall of Fame, the Men's section are introducing the Christy O'Connor Senior Golf Trophy.
The first event will be held this year on Sunday November 1st, Tee time from 11am to 12 noon. The day before the induction ceremony.
This will be an annual event in which there is a qualifying criteria which is as follows:
Monthly Medal Winners
Monthly Medal Class Winners
Captains Prize Winner, places & Class winners
Presidents Prize Winner, places & Class winners
Match Play Semi-finalists
Top 10 Major Competitions Order of Merit
Top 3 Tuesday Competitions Order of Merit
Must have played 4 qualifying competitions in Silloge in 2009.
The close off date will be the October Medal each year.
It will be a stroke play competition, the winner will receive the trophy which they will hold for one year and a silver salver to keep.
